Mark Snyder, MBA
I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, and I'm a Gulf Coast guy through and through. If you ask my family—and that includes my friends—they'll tell you you'll usually find me in one of three places: at the beach, enjoying life in Midtown, or somewhere celebrating Mardi Gras.
After high school, I chose to stay close to home and attend Spring Hill College. While it may be in Mobile, Spring Hill has a culture all its own. The Jesuit education I received and the relationships I built there shaped the way I lead, the way I serve, and the kind of impact I hope to have on the people around me.
Like many people, I felt the pull to leave home after graduation. That journey took me to Nashville and then Knoxville before ultimately bringing me back home. Looking back, leaving gave me a greater appreciation for the place that I will always call home.
Along the way, I reconnected with the woman who would become my wife, had the opportunity to work with some outstanding organizations, became a proud dog dad to two Doodles, and accomplished a long-standing goal of earning my Master of Business Administration.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as the Director of Enrollment and Recruitment at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, where I help families discover how a quality Catholic education can shape a student's future, just as it shaped mine.
Outside of work, not much has changed—you'll still find me at the beach, at home in Midtown, or somewhere enjoying another Mardi Gras season.
As I continue growing professionally, I'm excited to share my experience beyond my full-time role through consulting and adjunct teaching. I enjoy helping organizations think strategically, strengthen their brands, and build meaningful relationships that create lasting impact.
If there's one thing that defines me, it's relationships. Every opportunity in my life has started with a conversation, and I believe the best ideas are built through genuine connections.
I'd love to start one with you.
